This is a sexy tutorial, but once a year we run an 8-week live round.

Your lessons will open up to you continuously week after week over the next 8 weeks. All videos and audio files will be unlocked for you week by week, giving you time to slowly work your way through the exercises – because the magic happens when you immerse yourself in your practice.

Create sacred space & collect drinking water

In this video I talk about the foundation of your Aphrodite practice. As soon as possible, create a sacred place for Aphrodite to call her energy into your life. It can be your bedroom, your living room, or where you want to do your Aphrodite practice. Clean the area and wash with soap and water. Energetically clean the room with the smoke from sage and/or palo santo. Decorate the room with colors like red, pink, blue, mint green, turquoise, purple, gold. Create good lighting with candles. Decorate with soft pillows, woolen blankets and possibly a waterproof goddess blanket from the Goddess Temple.

In the video I also talk about the importance of spring water and how you can find it and collect it.

I also share the potency of making water offerings to the source and examples of the best offerings.

Daily practice

❤️ DAILY AFRODITE PRACTICE:

Fill your goblet with water, put food in the offering bowl and light the red candle. Ring the bell.

1) Invoke Aphrodite and say your prayer into your goblet of holy water.

Prayer to Aphrodite can be:

"Blessed Aphrodite, goddess with golden hair, with pure love and a face so beautiful. Goddess of beauty, sex, sensuality and longing, who inspires and fans the flames of hot desire, pleasure and lustful nights – all my love rituals are dedicated to you. Queen of love and passionate wildness, smile upon me. I am open to all your blessings today. Help me to see the world through your eyes. And help me to walk in the footsteps of your rosy-paved path."

2) Use oil of love for anointing (sea water or salt water can also be used because Aphrodite comes from the sea).

Prayer during anointing:

Bless your crown and say: I am open to Aphrodite's love.

Bless your third eye and say: Let me see Her beauty.

Bless your ears and say: Let me hear Her blessings.

Bless my mouth and throat and say: Let me sing Her song.

Bless my heart and say: Let me feel Her unconditional love and passion.

Bless your solar plexus and say: Let me be rooted in my own power and strength.

Bless your hara chakra and say: Let me know my longings and let them be blessed by Aphrodite.

Bless your feet and say: Let me walk in the footsteps of the Goddess.

And then just rub any remaining oil between your hands and say: Let me feel your beauty in the world and let me be a channel for your love.

3) Rosy light:

With your eyes closed, imagine that you are bathing yourself in a beautiful vibrating, delicious rosy light. Let it warm and open the heart and be a feeling of bathing in thousands of beautiful fragrant rose petals. Feel it seep right into your lungs, cells and bones. Keep going until it feels complete.

4) Extra offering to Aphrodite:

Here is the time to make sacrifices other than food, e.g. do a little dance, recite poetry, or whatever you feel called to.

5) Eat something from the sacrificial bowl:

Eat some of the food from the sacrificial bowl, e.g. a strawberry, chocolate or an almond. You do this to anchor the energy of pleasure in your physical body and also to end your daily practice at your altar.

NOTE: The jade egg is the only crystal that can withstand high heat temperatures and can withstand being disinfected in boiling water. First, you need to learn how to charge the egg and insert the egg. Once you insert the egg, you can move on to the video where you will learn how to do the pussy breath aka the yoni breath.

This week you will be introduced to a sensuality exercise where you will have an experience with your 5 senses. In honor of your inner Aphrodite, tap into all the senses: taste, touch, sight, smell and sound. So you must bring something sensual to this practice – a rose, a scent, an oil, chocolate, a fruit or something else. Don't think too much about it, but something pleasurable to eat and something lovely to smell, something beautiful to look at and something pleasant to listen to and something sensual to touch or with.

Aphrodite priestesses were also scent priestesses and used sacred oils for anointing, transformation, higher states of consciousness and healing. You have already learned to use love oil in your daily practice. Here's a practice that practically makes you breathe deeply and allow your entire body to let the fragrance penetrate you. Essential oil is a bit like crystals and herbs. They have a practical and a spiritual meaning. Essential oil smells great, but it's also great to recognize that it's the blood or water of the plant and that each plant has different spirits and devas and we can communicate and connect with them.

Something else that I would really recommend doing already this week is making an offering to Aphrodite. Because while I'm sure you want to see Aphrodite's presence and feel her magic in your life as soon as possible, it's important that we create a relationship with the Goddess first. As with all relationships in life, relationships are at their best when we give instead of just expecting to get and get and get. That is why it is so good to show your reverence, respect and interest for her by making an offering to her.

The Orphic Hymn to Aphrodite, here translated from ancient Greek into English by Apostolos N. Athanassakis. It is so beautiful as it uses different names for Aphrodite. It is powerful to use by the sea:

Breast massage

Breast massage is an essential part of an Aphrodite priestess's self-care because it helps to open the heart and is a good way to support opening up one's orgasmic fluids and being more orgasmic in general.

Holy bath

From time to time, Aphrodite returns to her sanctuary in Paphos, Cyprus to re-enter the waters where she was originally born. Here she will purify herself and be reborn anew. If you would like to do the same, you can create a sacred bath with the intention of purification, dream time, sensual activation and more. If you have a bathtub, feel free to use it. You can light candles, put on relaxing music and put flower petals in the water. Choose e.g. rose petals, lavender, chamomile or sage. Make the water as hot as you can handle and let it be luxurious with soap bubbles. Step into the water with the intention of honoring Aphrodite and putting away all worries and stepping fully into your sensual self. Wash yourself and touch yourself sensually. And wash away all old worries. Afterwards, you can put oil or creams over your body, and you can comb your hair like a mermaid. If you don't have a tub, you can also go to the spa ;)

We have spent four weeks now getting to know Aphrodite. This week you must sit at your altar, close your eyes and empty your mind of unnecessary thoughts and imagine Aphrodite's rosy light flowing through you. Optionally, get yourself a hot cup of rose tea and light your red candle to set the mood. Invoke the Rosy Light, clear your mind and tap into Aphrodite's energy.

Then take a blank page in your journal or journal and answer these questions:

Just write (or draw) the first things that come to mind. Don't judge what comes through, but just let the Goddess move through you and out through your hand and pencil.

Please find two or more longings and answer the following questions:

1. How have you dealt with this longing as a punishment? In what way do you feel you have to punish yourself in order to live out this longing? Often we do this because we feel that we are not good enough to get what we long for, so we force ourselves to "prove" that we are good enough.

2. Is there a fun way you can live out this longing, goal, dream or desire? Brainstorm and write down what you can do to live out your longing, and let it be in ways that will actually be fun and give you pleasure. It can be as simple as writing down words or drawing and making a dream collage, where you transform something boring and difficult into something fun and inspiring. If your longings seem on the surface to require a lot of hard work (synonymous with being unhappy), feel free to focus on bringing even more fun and joy into that area.

3. Is there an easy way to do it? When we feel that something is beyond our reach and that we need to "prove" that we are good enough and work hard to achieve it, it is usually because we automatically take the hardest path, because if it was far too easy, then we wouldn't deserve it. Often, however, there is an easier way. Ask yourself what would be the easiest way to do this? Maybe you can even get help from others – and Aphrodite.

This mission to bring beauty into the world is so important. It is sacred because it is what will also bring more love and enjoyment into the world. The goddess will actually come more alive in the world through beauty.

So this week's homework is to notice the beauty around you. Get hungry for beauty and open your eyes to SEE the beauty all around you. It is your sacred mission.

Notice the beauty in nature, in the cityscape, in people and animals, in plants and touching human moments or everyday things.

Especially see the beauty in other women. Instead of feeling envy or inferiority towards the beauty of other women, as the goddess of marriage Hera always felt towards the beauty of Aphrodite, pray in it yourself. Use your sight to draw in the beauty of other women and charge yourself with it. Breathe in their beauty!

If there are people who don't seem beautiful at first glance, notice even the smallest facial features or parts of the person who are.

To be a messenger of beauty is to notice beauty through your vision, but it is also about making your surroundings beautiful yourself. It can be dressing yourself in beautiful clothes, decorating your home with beautiful things, or refreshing your altar with fresh flowers and beautiful objects. That way you will also attract more beauty into your life!

It is a very simple exercise where you have to breathe with a focus on your pussy. It is a sensual and highly pleasurable breathing exercise that can help you awaken your pussy and connect you to her and the sexual energy within. You must breathe precisely with awareness of your pussy while at the same time squeezing up your pelvic floor , holds it and on an exhalation lets go.

The red rose energy shows itself especially in the form of menstruation. But due to a patriarchal culture, we may have labeled it as "shit", "dirty", "unhygienic" "shameful" or as a pain and a nuisance that must be kept hidden. It may also be that you experience major discomfort during and up to menstruation in the form of PMS symptoms, pain, bloating, tenderness and headaches. Many of these symptoms often come because we have not been taught to honor our ebb and flow in the female body and because we live in a society that expects us to constantly produce in a masculine way.

Menstrual blood is the elixir of life. It is through this blood that a fetus is formed, and it has been proven that menstrual blood contains more healing stem cells than bone marrow.

The next time you have your bleeding, I (and Aphrodite) invite you to celebrate and honor your lunar blood. So instead of ignoring and pushing yourself during this time, honor your feminine cyclical nature and take a break during your period.

If you don't already have a monthly ritual to honor your lunar time, here are some suggestions to explore as this week's homework.

You can collect your blood with a menstrual cup and pour your blood into a vase of water or another beautiful container that you can place on your Aphrodite altar. You can also soak in a washcloth and soak it in warm water, which will then contain your powerful moon blood.

During your bleeding, you can draw and make art with your blood, use the blood as a face mask, make dots or lines on the face and tap into Aphrodite as a warrior!

At the end of your period, you can offer your blood back to Mother Earth to nourish her and show your gratitude for all that she brings you. Your blood is very potent and nutritious, so you'll probably find if it's spring or summer that the bugs will swarm around your blood!

Meditate and reflect beforehand on what you need to let go of and what you need to focus more or less on in the coming cycle. When you give your blood back to nature, you can say out loud what you are letting go of and what you want to manifest for the coming cycle.

If you don't want to use a menstrual cup, but still want to collect your blood, you can buy reusable pads and soak them in warm water after each use. The warm water will therefore contain your powerful moon blood and can be used in your ritual.

If you are not menstruating, you can use rooibos tea water instead.

It can be a fantastic experience to go exploring inside without any goal, but just curious to explore what is hidden in the tissues of the vagina, both physically, psychologically and energetically.

You start by warming up your body, e.g. with breast massage or pussy worship, and just do what gives you pleasure and turns you on.

Then hold your finger or wand at the vaginal opening and ask your pussy if she wants to receive something inside her today. Only when your body and your pussy have a 100% "yes" do you begin to slowly introduce the finger or the rod.

Close your eyes and then gently start moving your finger or wand around first at the vaginal opening and feel what is there. BONUS: Holy drum

The frame drum is one of the oldest instruments in human history. The first drummers were actually women and priestesses. Priestesses of Aphrodite actually used the frame drum in ceremonies coupled with dance and song.

The drum resonates with the womb and imitates the heartbeat, which was the first thing we heard when we were a fetus in our mother's womb.

Drumming increases happy hormones, reduces stress, balances the right and left hemispheres of the brain and gets you deeper into your subconscious. Just by drumming 5 minutes a day you can reduce stress and increase happiness.

Use the drum for meditation, invoking Aphrodite and blessing water. Water absorbs sound, so it is very good to drum and sing by the sea, springs and other wetlands.

In the video I show you how to use a frame drum and how you can use it in your Aphrodite practice.
