HOW TO USE IT:
- Place your menstrual cup in the sterilizer cup and fill it up with water, leaving a centimeter of space to spare.
- Close the lid and heat the sterilizer cup in the microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power.
- Carefully remove the sterilizer cup from the microwave with heat-protective gloves and your menstrual cup is now clean and ready to use again. If you don't have a microwave, there is no need to worry. You can also pour boiling water from an electric kettle into the sterilizer cup, close it and leave it for 5 minutes - then your menstrual cup will be sterilized.
